Once an order is successfully placed and delivered, it cannot be refunded. However, we do offer limited exchanges under specific conditions mentioned below.

- You received the wrong item
📌 Exchange Conditions:
- Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- A clear unboxing video is required as proof
Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Products used or worn after delivery
- Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings
- Delay in delivery caused by courier services
💎 Product Care Disclaimer
Our jewelry is anti-tarnish and designed for long-lasting shine, but proper care is still important.
We do not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse or mishandling
- Exposure to perfumes, chemicals, or water over time
- Normal wear and tear
📦 Return Process (For Approved Exchanges Only)
If your exchange request is approved:
- Our team will guide you with the return instructions
- Do not send products back without confirmation
- The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit
🚚 Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customers may be required to pay return shipping charges for exchanges
- AYFA Jewels is not responsible for lost return shipments
🔄 Replacement Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- We will notify you regarding the approval or rejection
- If approved, a replacement product will be shipped within a few business days

- Sale or discounted items
- Gift purchases

If the item was marked as a gift:
- Only replacement (exchange) is applicable if eligible
